What it is

A connector that links RETGAS with your AI assistant. It doesn’t replace the platform or change anything in it. It lets you query it in plain language.

How it works, in three steps

Connect with your account

Search for RETGAS in the Claude directory. Sign in with your RETGAS user. No new passwords.
Ask

Type the question the way you’d say it in a meeting. The assistant looks up in RETGAS what you can already see.
Decide

The answer is the input; the decision is yours. Corrections happen in RETGAS.

What you can ask

Short questions, the way you’d ask in the hallway. Copy them and paste them in Claude.

In Claude, the connector menu also has ready-made prompts, such as “Diagnose an inspector” or “Monthly productivity summary.” It also answers how-to questions about the web and the app with RETGAS help articles.

Privacy: what the assistant can and can’t do

The underlying rule: the assistant sees no more than you already see in RETGAS.

Read-only

It queries. It doesn’t create, edit, delete or send anything.
Your same permissions

Each person sees the same as in RETGAS, by role and branch.
Gas users’ data protected

Names, IDs, phone numbers and addresses of gas users stay in.
No free-form SQL

It only queries a closed list of data. It doesn’t write its own queries.
Your organization decides

The administrator assigns who can connect. Each person revokes their connections in Settings → AI assistants.
External providers

Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) are third-party services with their own terms.

Where it’s available

Claude: Available in its connector directory.
ChatGPT: In review by OpenAI. Coming soon.
Who can connect: Anyone with the connect-assistants permission, assigned by the administrator in RETGAS. For inspection bodies that have it enabled.
How to revoke: In RETGAS → Settings → AI assistants. Each person sees and revokes their connections.
