How do we calculate it?

Today: hours spent receiving, scanning and filing each form plus typing it into each system, times the cost of one work hour (salary ÷ 182 hours per month), plus paper.
With RETGAS: the inspector fills in the report in the app, so nobody transcribes it and it is filed with no paper or scanner. SICERCO gets a bulk upload, about 5 minutes per 100 reports, and the distributor receives it through an integration or in bulk: we count that same time for each system. Plus the plan that matches your volume.
The validation engine is optional: if you turn it on, it adds COP 200 per report.
Excludes voided reports and rework, which also drop with automatic validation, and implementation.

What size inspection company do I need to use RETGAS?

RETGAS works for bodies from 5 up to 200+ inspectors. The biggest impact is seen in bodies with 30+ inspectors where the savings in administrative time are most significant.

Does it integrate with distributors like Llanogas, Cusianagas or Metrogas?

Yes. We have direct integrations in production: API with Llanogas and Cusianagas, and structured (JSON) exchange with Metrogas. If your distributor uses another format, we implement it.

What if my inspectors work in areas without internet?

RETGAS is built to work offline. Inspectors can complete full inspections without a connection. As soon as they regain signal, everything syncs automatically with no data loss.

How does RETGAS use artificial intelligence?

RETGAS includes an AI-powered rules engine: once online, it reviews each inspection before the report is generated and flags data-entry errors, out-of-range measurements, and missing evidence. The inspector decides what to fix, and everything keeps full traceability.

How long does it take to deploy RETGAS?

Typical deployment takes 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the body. We include coordinator training and support for the initial data migration.

How much does RETGAS cost?

We have three public plans: Basic, Pro and Enterprise. You can review prices and limits in detail in the Pricing section of this page and at /usos-y-limites. Billing depends on the volume of reports generated per month (no per-inspector fees). For Enterprise or custom cases, talk to a specialist.

How do I start using RETGAS?

Contracting is done via assisted demo: you book a demo, we define the right plan for your report volume together, and we activate your operation. The first charge is the monthly fee of the plan you chose, and from there you start operating, with onboarding support included.
