These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the RET GAS 90902 software (the "Software" or the "Platform") offered as SaaS (Software as a Service).

2 Definitions
Customer / Licensee
Legal entity that contracts access to the Software.
Authorized users
Persons enabled by the Customer to use the Software.
Administrator
User with management and configuration permissions.
Customer Content
Data, files and documents uploaded or generated by the Customer.
3 Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, contracting a plan, accessing or using the Software, the Customer accepts these Terms. The Customer represents that:
- It has legal capacity to contract.
- Its Authorized users meet the minimum age required and are duly authorized.
4 Scope of service (SaaS)
Beaver grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Software as SaaS during the contracted plan term.
The Software is provided via remote access over the internet. No right of permanent local installation, copy or distribution is granted. Functional scope depends on the contracted plan.
5 Registration, accounts and security
The Customer is responsible for:
- ✓ Accuracy and updating of account information
- ✓ Confidentiality of credentials and access control
- ✓ Notifying Beaver of unauthorized access
6 Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to:
- ❌ Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer
- ❌ Modify, adapt or create derivative works
- ❌ Copy, distribute, sublicense or resell the Software
- ❌ Access accounts or systems without authorization
- ❌ Use for illegal purposes or upload malware
- ❌ Extract data to build competing products or train models
7 Customer Content
The Customer retains ownership of its Content. Beaver does not acquire ownership of Customer Content.
The Customer represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process its Content.
8 Integrations and third parties
The Software may integrate with third-party platforms (SICERCO, storage services, etc.). Beaver is not liable for third-party failures or restrictions affecting the integration.
9 Payments and billing
- • The Customer will pay the contracted plan fees per the agreed cycle
- • Payments are made in advance
- • Applicable taxes are borne by the Customer
- • Late payment may lead to access suspension
10 Support and termination
Support
Beaver may perform corrective, evolutionary or preventive maintenance. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension
Beaver may suspend access if the Customer is in breach, there is a security risk or legal obligations require it.
11 Intellectual property
The RET GAS 90902 Software is a copyrighted work, registered with the National Copyright Office (DNDA) of Colombia:

The Software is protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993 and other applicable regulations. The Customer acquires no ownership rights over the Software. "RET GAS", "RET GAS 90902" and associated marks are property of Beaver Soluciones Digitales S.A.S.
12 Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Beaver does not warrant that:
- • The Service is uninterrupted or error-free
- • It meets specific requirements not previously stated
- • Results will eliminate or prevent regulatory sanctions
Beaver's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
13 Data and jurisdiction
Data Protection: Processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
Jurisdiction: Any controversy will be submitted to the courts of Medellín/Itagüí, Antioquia.
