What evidence will back
your next inspector sanction?

Colombia's Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV) requires you to show, month after month, who exceeded the speed limit, how long each driver worked and what was done about it. We're building the module so those indicators come straight from your inspectors' daily operation, with no manual data entry.

Each excess is measured against the local limit

Sound familiar?

What we hear from PESV leads at inspection companies.

“The speed data isn't reliable, so tracking is on hold.”

“We fill in the risk matrix from memory, with whatever someone recalls from the month.”

“If there's an accident at six in the evening, I can't prove whether they were on the job.”

“I build the indicators by hand on the last day of the month, crossing Excel and WhatsApp.”

“We priced a GPS for every motorbike and the budget fell apart.”

“If the auditor asks for the evidence behind a sanction, I don't know what to show.”

Three things that change

PESV indicators come from what your inspectors already do every day, not from a spreadsheet someone fills in on the last day of the month.

1

Measure what really happens on the road

The route is recorded from the inspector's phone while they drive, with a filter that discards impossible readings. You set a standard limit and draw zones on the map with their own limit: lower in neighborhoods and school zones, higher on bypasses and highways.

2

Evidence that holds up in an audit

Every excess is recorded with inspector, time, duration, top speed and the exact stretch on the map. You confirm or dismiss it, record the action taken, and everything stays in a log. The monthly report exports to Excel and PDF.

3

Without tracking anyone's private life

Tracking only runs within the schedule you configure. Nothing on holidays, nothing at night, nothing on a Sunday. The inspector closes their workday in the app and tracking stops. They always see whether it's on and until when.

What it will include

Eight modules inside the same platform where your inspections already live.

01

Speed control

Excesses measured per trip, with the peak stretch on the map.

02

Pre-operational check

Daily compliance calculated, with a motorbike form.

03

Speed zones

A limit per neighborhood, school zone, bypass or highway.

04

Workday and schedules

Workday closing and tracking only during working hours.

05

Road hazards

Potholes, animals or landslides reported with photo and location.

06

Dashboard and report

Monthly and yearly indicators, exportable to Excel and PDF.

07

Incidents

Reported from the app and investigated by human, road and vehicle factors.

08

Road safety record

License, motorbike, insurance, inspection and expirations in one place.

Back to the opening question.

The answer shouldn't be a spreadsheet put together at the last minute. It should be a report you open, review and hand over.

PESV module FAQ

Is it available yet? No. It's in development, following a proof of concept with an inspection company that confirmed continuous tracking from the phone is viable. The first companies join with guidance, one module at a time.
Do I need to buy a GPS for every motorbike? No. Everything runs on the phone the inspector already uses for work.
What if the inspector rides their own motorbike? It still applies. The PESV measures the person driving, and the module separates own vehicles from those of contractors and third parties.
Will you track my inspectors all day? No. Only within the schedule you configure, and the inspector can close their workday to stop it. Outside that schedule nothing is recorded.
What if a phone doesn't report properly? The report shows each inspector's actual coverage. A poorly measured month shows up as poorly measured, not as a month without excesses. That honesty is what makes it defensible before an auditor.
How is it priced? Per active inspector, with a decreasing rate as the team grows. The quote is built around your operation.
